Why am I having issues with mobile phone verification during signup?

Currently, phone verification during signup only supports US phone numbers. If you're using a non-US phone number, you may encounter issues on the mobile verification screen.
If you've reached the phone verification screen, you are successfully logged in. If you don’t see a 'SKIP VERIFICATION' option, please try editing /phone-verification off of the URL in your browser. This should allow you to access PALs home.
