You can talk to your PAL in whatever way feels most natural — through text, voice, video, or even SMS. PALs move seamlessly between these modes, so you can start chatting in the app or by text message, then switch to a voice or video call without losing context.

Each PAL remembers your conversations across formats, so if you text them in the morning and call later in the day, they’ll pick up right where you left off. You can reach your PAL directly from the Tavus web portal or via SMS using the number linked to your PAL. Just send a message and they’ll respond like they would in any other chat — instantly, naturally, and in character.
