Most Tavus plans are usage-based to allow our customers to scale up and down as needed.

Overages are not enabled or charged by default. To incur overages, you must have the overages setting enabled for your account via the billing portal.

If you have overages enabled, overages are charged based on the number of tokens consumed during your billing period. Depending on your usage, overage will be billed at the end of your billing period, or throughout your billing period in increments of $250 or $500. Note that higher tier plans have lower overage costs.

If you do not have overages enabled, and you hit the max usage for your plan type, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to generate more videos.
